Payment for food sensitivity testing is covered by insurance for all United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield members as long as their deductible is met. Patients with other carriers are eligible for reimbursement from their insurance companies.
If you do not have insurance, tests start at $49 for basic panels and go up to $299 for expanded panels. Our prices are much lower than other companies’ because we do not up-charge for any of our tests. If your insurance carrier does not cover the test, you only pay the base cost directly to the lab.
