Acid reflux or GERD is a condition in which the stomach contents (food or liquid) leak backwards from the stomach into the esophagus (the tube from the mouth to the stomach). This action can irritate the esophagus, causing a burning pain in the chest or a feeling that food may be left trapped behind the breastbone. It is often worse at night, can cause nausea after eating, difficulty swallowing, hoarseness or change in voice, regurgitation or food and sore throat. Unlike anti-acids which have long-term side effects, our protocols is designed to the relieve symptoms of GERD while actually healing the esophagus and stomach.
Hypoallergenic Diet Guide provides a detailed chart of foods to include and foods to avoid to help reduce inflammation. Because foods play a large role in heartburn and stomach discomfort, avoiding the commonly allergenic foods may often bring relief. Free download with protocol purchase
