Shipping & Delivery

Most orders placed by noon EST are shipped the same business day (M-F) or within 1-3 business days at the latest from the date the order was placed if the product is not currently in our warehouse.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship to USA delivery addresses only.

We ship worldwide! All international orders must be greater than $100 USD before shipping in order for your order to be processed. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually take 2-5 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. *International Note: We are not responsible for paying import duty tax. Your package may require a signature and payment of a duty upon arrival. Duties vary by country. We are also NOT responsible for packages that do not clear customs and/or do not make it to their destination due to customs issues. There are no refunds or exchanges on refrigerated products.

We don't like it when someone gives away our personal information and neither do you! That's why we don't rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone, EVER!

We only collect the email addresses and contact information of those who choose to receive our email newsletters or complete a merchandise order. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our website, and used to notify consumers about updates to our website. We will not sell your email address to another company, nor do we make our email database available to the public. If you have selected to subscribe to one our e-mail newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time.

Returns & Replacements

CompleteNutritionAndWellness.com gladly accepts returns on unopened non-perishable merchandise within 14 days of purchase and will credit back the card that you used for the purchase. Please note that refrigerated items such as probiotics and protein bars can NOT be returned. Refunds will be given on items only and excludes shipping, or any other charges. Customer returns for items received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us.

Return Procedure
For all returns, please call 201-238-2720 and provide a specific reason for your return so that we can process it. Your card will be credited once we receive your package with the items you are returning.

All of the products on our website are available in our Hoboken office. We are located at 80 Park Avenue (entrance on Newark Street) Hoboken, NJ, 07030. We are open Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 10am-6pm and Wed till 7pm.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes and other costs in addition to the shipping charge.
