Instructions and Dosage
Calm PRT - Take 3 capsules once or twice per day as needed between meals. (note that 3 capsules need to be taken at one time, taking less than 3 at one time may product an energizing effect)
PS 150 - Take 1 capsule with dinner and 1 more capsule about 30 minutes before bed. 1 capsule can also be taken as needed during the day
PharmaGaba - Slow chew 1-2 tablets as needed during the day or evening for anxiety
